Shipping Conditions for Spain

1. Delivery Area

We deliver to all of Spain, including the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

2. Shipping Costs

• Free shipping: Orders over €200 (within mainland Spain and Portugal).
• For orders under €200, shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and delivery location:
  • Mainland Spain and Portugal: €10-20.
  • Canary and Balearic Islands: from €19.99.
  • Bikes: shipping cost €79.99.
  • Ceuta and Melilla: from €39.99 (including additional duties).
  • Bikes to Ceuta and Melilla: shipping cost €249.99.

Select the country as Spain (Canary Islands), Spain (Ceuta), or Spain (Melilla). VAT (21%) is not applied, but customs charges will apply.

3. Delivery Times

• Mainland Spain: 2-5 business days.
• Canary and Balearic Islands: 5-7 business days (possible delays).
• Ceuta and Melilla: 7-10 business days (depending on customs clearance).

4. Courier Services

We work with trusted couriers like SEUR, Correos Express, and MRW.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your order in real-time.

6. In-Store Pickup

You can pick up your order at our showroom or designated collection points.

7. Shipping for Large Items

Bicycles are delivered partially assembled. An instruction manual is included for final assembly.

8. Damage During Transport

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to resolve the issue.

9. Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 days to return or exchange a product according to our return policy. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective products.

10. Products with Shipping Restrictions

Products marked "In-Store Pickup Only" must be collected personally from our facilities and will not be shipped under any circumstances.
