Shipping conditions for the online bicycle store

1. Delivery area

We ship throughout Spain, including the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

2. Shipping cost

• • Free shipping for all orders over 100 € (within mainland Spain and Portugal).
  • For orders under 100 €, the shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the product and the place of delivery:
    • Mainland Spain and Portugal: 10-20 €.
    • Canary and Balearic Islands: from 19.99 €.
    • Bicycles: shipping cost of 79.99 €.
    • Ceuta and Melilla: from 39.99 € (including additional duties).
    • Bicycles for Ceuta and Melilla: shipping cost of 249.99 €.

For this type of shipments, select as Country: Spain (Canary Islands), Spain (Ceuta), Spain (Melilla). In sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, VAT (21%) will not be charged, but the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges.

3. Delivery times

• Mainland Spain: 2-5 working days.
• Canary and Balearic Islands: 5-7 working days (with possibility of delays).
• Ceuta and Melilla: 7-10 working days (depending on the customs process).

4. Courier companies

We work with reliable courier companies, such as SEUR, Correos Express and MRW, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order.

5. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to check the status of your shipment in real time.

6. Store pickup

You can also pick up your order at our showroom or at one of our pickup points.

7. Shipping of bulky products (bicycles)

Bicycles are delivered partially assembled to avoid damage during transport. An instruction manual is included to complete the assembly.

8. Damage during transport

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to resolve the issue.

9. Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days to return or exchange a product according to our return policy. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products.

10. Products with shipping restriction

Products with the indication "Only Store Pickup" must be personally picked up at our facilities:

They will not be delivered to carriers under any exception.

1. Delivery areas

We ship to most countries of the European Union and other European countries, including:

• Poland

If your country is not on the list, please contact us to confirm shipping availability.

2. Shipping cost

• EU countries: from 25 €.
• Other European countries: from 30 €.
• The exact shipping cost will be calculated during the purchase process.

3. Delivery times

• EU countries: 5-10 working days.
• Other European countries: 7-14 working days.
• Please note that deadlines may vary depending on product availability and customs processing time in some countries.

4. Courier companies

We collaborate with international courier companies such as DHL, UPS and FedEx to ensure safe and fast deliveries.

5. Order tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your order in real time.

6. Taxes and duties

We do not apply additional taxes within the EU. For countries outside the EU, import duties and taxes will be borne by the customer.

7. International Returns

You have 14 days to return or exchange products. The shipping costs for international returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products.

8. Shipping of Bulky Products

Large products, such as bicycles, are shipped partially assembled with detailed instructions.
