2. Shipping
2.1 Shipping times
Mainland Spain: 2-5 working days.
Balearic and Canary Islands: 5-7 working days.
Ceuta and Melilla: 7-10 working days (there may be delays due to customs).
Europe: 5-14 working days depending on destination.
2.2 Shipping costs
Orders over €49.99: Free shipping (Mainland Spain and Portugal).
Orders under €49.99: €10-20 depending on weight and destination.
Bicycles: €39.99 (Peninsula), €249.99 (Ceuta and Melilla).
2.3 Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
2.4 Store pickup
Possibility of picking up the order at our showroom or pickup points.
2.5 Damage in transport
If you receive a damaged product, notify it within a maximum of 48 hours after delivery.
2.6 Shipping restrictions
Some products, such as bicycles or other bulky items, may have shipping restrictions and only be available for store pickup.
3. Returns and exchanges
3.1 Return period
You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange a product.
3.2 Procedure
The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer, except for defective products.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.
Please note that the cost of the return is borne by the customer.
Note: You will receive the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the return product in our warehouse. Keep in mind that if you paid by credit card, your bank may not show you the refund amount in your balance until the following month.
You can also return a product directly to our physical store.

In the event that the returned product does not meet the specified conditions, the acceptance of the return will be assessed with a decrease in price. If the returned product is finally not accepted, it will be sent back to the customer free of charge.

4.1 Accepted payment methods
Credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard.
PayPal: Secure payment without sharing banking information.
Bizum: Only available in Spain.
Bank transfer: It must be made within 3 days after the order confirmation.
Financing with Cetelem: You can consult the complete information about financing on the official Cetelem website.
4.2 Payment security
All transactions are carried out through a secure SSL connection and payment verification systems (Visa Secure, Mastercard SecureCode).
5. Warranty
The products have a 3-year warranty according to current regulations.
The warranty does not cover wear and tear from use or damage caused by misuse.
